Pick A Good Product To Promote
As an affiliate, you have a lot of things to pick from, but not every one of them will bring in money. You should conduct some market research before investing time and effort into developing an affiliate program marketing campaign. Is the niche well-liked? Will you be able to quickly establish yourself in the niche or will there be a lot of competition? How does the product’s sales page appear? Would you make a purchase from the website? It will be easier to identify a product that will truly sell if you carefully consider the niche and the product.
Build A List
Product creators add the consumers who purchase their products to a list where they can sell other products to them and offer more value. As an affiliate, you should be doing this as well. Offer your visitor something of value for free in exchange for joining your mailing list before sending them to the product’s sales page. Before directing a visitor to the sales page, you can write a brief report on the niche and give it away on a squeeze page. By creating a list, you may establish a long-lasting relationship with the visitor and provide them with extra value and product offers.
Build Your Own Website
Smart affiliates are aware that sales of multiple products of the same type are the source of their long-term income. Starting a niche blog is one of the best ways to sell multiple products. Your blog can contain links to a variety of affiliate items, giving you a wide range of income options.
Can you provide me with an example?
You find out after doing some study that solar energy is a hot (excuse the pun) topic. You launch a blog about solar energy for do-it-yourselfers. You can post articles on the blog about solar energy and provide links to the various solar energy items that Clickbank has to offer. To expand your list, you may also offer a “5 Tips to Smart Solar Energy” report on your site.
Be consistent
A lot of people fail online because they jump from program to program. Method to method. Software to software. You need to find a method that works for you and stick to it. At least until you are getting killer results!

While having a blog and/or building a list are the best ways to make a full-time income online, there are other ways you can make money with affiliate marketing.
However, I strongly suggest you start building a list. It is not hard to do and can earn you a lot of money. The best thing about building a list is you can earn money from the same people over and over again.

Be Persistent
There may be times when you hit a roadblock or some other obstacle that gets in your way. If this happens, do not give up. Keep on going. You will get there as long as you are persistent.
