Leads Leap, who wouldn’t want to earn more money? As near as I can tell, the product you are talking about is a way to earn money, it is free at entry-level. You do caution that the earnings possibility there may not meet expectations, but is a supplement, and definitely a way to earn on the website.
As we are building our business sites, we need to take advantage of the possibilities there for us. Some methods involve too much advertising, in my opinion. I will click off in a hurry from a site that has too many pop-ups and what have you. I am not sure if I am the only one who feels this way, but find sites that are obviously just ads, with very weak content a turn-off.

When you add LeadsLeap ads to your website you can put them on a delay so the person going to your website won’t see it right away.
